I've decided to really use my crock pot and I've planned most of my meals in the crock pot over the last week and a half. My good friend, Michelle, sent me a link to "A Year Of Slow Cooking" and it has been a winner!
So far I've made
French Dip Sands
Hash brown breakfast cassarole
Broccoli Beef
Chicken Teriyaki
Chinese Lemon Chicken
Cream Cheese Chicken
Wow! Is that it? I thought my list would be longer. Maybe I'm missing some.?.?
Oh well, what I wanted to say was that they have all been hits! And I really enjoy using
the crocker. To know that dinner is already underway when the afternoon sun is setting is
so great!
Tonight we're having Chicken and Brown Rice Cassarole. I'm sure it will be great.
Okay, my favorite recipe so far was the French Dip Sands recipe. It was delicious and we served it with some larger sized rolls from Sams. A keeper for sure!
Some future meals we're going to try are the
20-30 Garlic Clove Chicken and Indian Curry. Yum!

I still can't help but get excited when I hear the words "cream cheese chicken"! I've gotta make that one. Is the recipe online? Or could you hook me up with it?
Hey, Megan. Just click on the "Year of Slow Cooking" link and you should see an alphabetized list crock pot meals. Happy Cooking!
Actually, after you click on the link you may need to click on the "index" and that will take you to the alpha list.
